Restart the computer and HOLT the keys CTRL+f11 or f12 depend of your mark,model, and go to restore at the factory default.
If the problem persist, test the wires connection betwen computer and monitor. Test the monitor using the http://www.flatpanelshd.com/focus.php?subaction=showfull&id=1229341512
