How do I factory reset my Samsung galaxy player 5. 0

Before you reset to factory settings Know that any data apps files contacts music etc you loaded onto your player will be deletted for good. To reset is basicaly the same as with most phones. going into your main menu look for the spanner and screwdriver symbol > settings > scroll down to additional settings to the very end here you should find FACTORY RESTORE. Again by doing so you will lose all data you have loaded. should you still have problems goto samsung/galaxyplayer/5

Pressed some function on the phone about losing and it switched off

Remote Controls setting allows you to control your lost or stolen device remotely, but to use that feature you must sign in to your Samsung account (see the manual). You can always do a Factory data reset, but that will lose ant data you have stored on the device. I suggest you download and save/read the PDF manual at... http://www.boeboer.com/samsung-galaxy-fame-gt-s6810p-user-manual-guide/

Keyboard missing

Try deleting the keyboard's data in Settings/Applications. If it still doesn't work, use another keyboard app, and if you can't stand losing your default keyboard, restore your system.

Good luck.

Open the application list and select
Settings - Back up and reset- Factory data reset - Reset device - Delete all.

But first - back up your important data before you perform a factory reset of the device as you will lose everything.

Why is it telling me that my "camera failed" in my Samsung Impression?

Phones have become small, simple computers. In order for the phone to access the camera, it must first launch software to use the camera. This software is known as a driver. It is not uncommon for phones and computers to misplace or lose drivers.
Sometimes, the solution can be as simple as turning your phone off and turing it back on.
If this does not work, you may need to reset your phone to factory settings, which means that you will lose all data stored on the phone. It is important to back up all contacts and other information you do not want to lose before reseting your phone. The exact instruction for how to do a factory reset can be found in your user's manual.

The home page does not load despite rebooting and switching off the tab. Please help.

Try holding the Power Button and Volume Up buttons for approximately 10 seconds. If the device still doesn't display anything, you have a really serious issue. If you see the Samsung logo appear, release the power button but still hold the Volume button. This should boot into recovery mode after which you can release the volume button. Now, you can perform a hard reset (returning the device to factory settings) by following the steps below:
  1. Navigate the menu with the volume up/down buttons until you have wipe data/factory reset selected
  2. Press the home button to confirm the selection
  3. Press Volume Up to continue
  4. Leave the Tab to go through the reset procedure.
WARNING: This will completely reset your device to the state it came out of the factory in. You will lose all data, settings and installed apps. Proceed with caution and at your own risk.

Hi! my phone restarts alone when i start. It is not a problem of memory card because i don't have. i have a samsung G600 it restarts after the display of the name of my operator. the screen becomes dark...

try to remove the battery and switch it on. hence you can do a hard reset for your phone and check.
to make a hard reset, in your keypad menu, type *2767*3855# but be aware that it will lose all your settings but will bring your phone back to its factory setting.
take care.

I'd suggest to factory reset it. But, be aware that you'll lose all your settings/info so do a backup first.
