if your running vista then you have a chance that it will be just a straight plug and play meaning just by plugging the web cam in to the PC/laptop it will install itself if not then i advice to install the driver first then plug in the web cam if already done so try to remove the web cam by right clicking on my computer and selecting properties and then device manager and then hardware, scroll down to the universal serial bus controllers and select the web cam if shown (if you are unable to find the web cam just keep an eye on the device manager for changes in the system) once you find the web cam right click and select uninstall and click OK after that click on the action tab and the top of the page and select scan for hardware changes after you install the driver and plug in the web cam and if you have more problems with the web cam check the manufacture website for updates for the driver in the support page of the website
If you know the file name or the model number of your product, you can search by its file name or model number or select your product and your operating system manually in http://support.creative.com there you can find related driver for your web camera. Hope this information will helps youThanks & regardsNanda Kishore.
IF your web cam doesn't install automatically then see the manufacturers web site to download a nes driver. Without a model number I cant direct you to the exact site. IF they dont have it listed anymore than try driverguide.com you will have to sign up but it is anetwork of people like this to help you find a driver.
Cheers
