Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
I can't seem to completely recharge my Tom Tom One. How do I do it?
I talked to TomTom support about recharging. They say that the unit uses more power than it gets, but if you turn the power off while the car is running, it will recharge.

Motorola charger will work. Must be a USB style charger with a plug like the one for the Motorola Razor phone.

You can buy a home charger for the device. It works like at cell phones.

I just discovered that my Sony Walkman AC charger fits TOMTOM XL 335.S perfectly, allowing me to recharge without having to be plugged into the vehicle cigarette lighter. This is great because I can plug in at night and be ready to go the next morning without having to worry about a low battery.

Apparently there is a mains power adaptor you can get as an accessory for the TomTom ONE. My daughter is having the same problem - her system is completely dead and she has spent the last 2 days in Liverpool getting completely lost!!
