My Olevia 537-B11 will not display a picture. I've changed directv boxes and nothing works. Just a blue screen that says no signal. What could be the problem?

Hi, Since you've already replaced the power cord and still the led light won't came on, this is an indication that the power supply board of your unit is dead. If it is not under warranty period(if so, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free) open the back cover and check the continuity of the fuse using the multimeter, if you found it open replaced it with the same current(ampere) ratings and then try to turn on the TV. If the replacement fuse blew again, this is an indication of more serious problem on that board. If the replacement fuse didn't resolve the issue, other parts on that board gone to malfunction as well. If this is the case, I would advice you to replaced the entire board for your convenient. The cost will almost the same rather than troubleshoot it. Check the actual part no of your board and check this LINK. Hope I helped you. Have a nice day! Thanks for using fixya.

I have a 537-B12. I get the same symptoms if I go into the menu with the input source set to anything except TV. Try changing your TV's input source to TV and then go into the menu. I hope this helps. Cheers.
Parts are hard or impossible to find for this brand but it sounds like the "main" board which processes all signal in and out of the display.
SOURCE: Olevia 542-b11 LCD HDTV won't turn on. Blue
My Olevia 42" television is several years old. In March of 2012, the infamous "TV will not power on" problem started.
The blue LED light on the front of the TV would go off for a split second, then light up again. The television would not start.
If you are handy with small tools and a soldering iron, you can change the capacitors on the power supply. My Olevia is a model 542-B11.
I bought the repair kit off eBay from seller: sghill99
As of this writing, the seller has sold 37 of these kits. The title of the auction is: Repair Kit, Olevia 542-B11, LCD TV, Capacitors
And if the url is still active, it is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230554940338&ssPageName=ADME:L:OC:US:3160
I made the repairs in March 2012 and it is now August 2012 and the television is still working great. It is turned on and off several times every day.
