Question about Home
Three times now my shower has continued to run after turning it off. The light on the pushbutton goes out and the pump stops working but both hat and cold run at gravity pressure. Swiching main electrical power on and off has no effect. Neither does pressing the normal or boost button (no lights come on. What seems to work is to turn of the hot and cold water feed and them press the button. Pushbutton light comes on and pump starts - switching off the pushbutton makes the usual shut off sounds. Then opening the water feeds puts things back to normal. What is the permanent cure?

Good Morning drlesleyanne. The issue you describe will down to the PCB inside the push button controller. If this does not send the correct signal to the processor box it can cause the unit to 'fail safe' and this is why the unit needs a power reboot. The remedy to this is to replace the push button control itself and once installed should allow the shower to work correctly again. All our digital products have five year guarantees, so you can always call our Customer Service line on 01959 560010 and they will replace this for free.
