How do I remove a stripped fan blade on Kirby ultimate g

I do not know of any screws that would be stripped right at the fan. Here is a walk through on removing and replacing the fan, the shaft needs to be turned counter clockwise.

Engine runs but blades dont move

John:

My bet is that the drive gears are stripped. Lay the machine on it's back and see the 4 screws that hold the sole plate on to the body of the machine, (The sole plate is also the bottom cutting frame that the blade slides against). Remove the 4 screws (be careful... there will be a small circular bushing under the sole plate and it likes to jump out, fall off of the table, and run under the nearest immovable object!) Remove the sole plate and blade and upper cutting frame as a unit. You can now see the gears that drive the blade, and one (or both) of the gears will be stripped of it's teeth. Go to the manufacturer's website and you might be able to buy new gears.

Syma so33g lower blades do not rotate

wrong!!! if the bottom set of blades aren't turning its because the drive gear for that shaft is loose and is spinning on the shaft instead of spinning the shaft itself. try tightening the screws but make sure the screws are lined up with the holes in the shaft so they seat otherwise your going to strip the plastic gears threads. if that doesnt work then you will have to replace the gear and shaft. its a cheap part and readily available. only problem is youll have to take apart almost the entire heli to get the old one out n the new one in. the gear comes pre-mounted on the shaft. Buy 2 or 3 of them right away as you will have to replace it just about every time your heli tips over while the blades are turning. the screws only go into the shaft about a 16th of an inch and is easily stripped out

Law mower screw stripped and blade can't be removed

this can be a real pain in the rear to deal with...are you sure you want all the drama?...find a way to bind the blade so that it won't rotate at all.....now get a pair of vice grips on that nut and try to loosen it......if the threads itself on the threads are stripped as you described, then you'll have to drill out the screw....meaning you'll have to find dead center and mark it with a heavy duty punch, then use a cobalt drill....1/8th inch to start with, then get a slightly larger bit.....at some point you should be able to chisel the head off the bolt and remove the blade.....now you'll have to easy-out the stripped screw from there......once the stripped screw is out....you'll have to determine whether there is enuf material left to drill and tap to a larger diameter bolt/screw.OPTION 2..you may be able to get a puller from the auto parts store.....but you could ruin the threads even worse than the condition they're in now.OPTION 3....get a good grip on the bolt head with vice grips, then get a buddy to tap a cold chisel horizontally between the bolt head and the blade, tapping easy while you pull up counter clockwise on the vise grips and see if the bolt screw head starts to back out at all.....if you may no progressOPTION 4.....if you have the room to do it...hacksaw the head of the bolt off, remove blade, now try to remove the screw with an easy-outand drilling good luck with this one.
please post back what you tried and results

Putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours may loosen the screw by contraction and or you will have to use an impact wrench unless it is completely stripped , then you will have to drill it out.

Need to change the blade on a plasplugs diamond wheel wet saw

The shaft threads seemed to be stripped and you may have to get a set of Torx bits or if not then one bit for the torx screws to take them off. If the threads are stripped on the shaft then you may have to replace it.
