Question about iLO MP3 Player
I had that problem, and I had to re-format it, and re-install all my songs. I use windows media player to put the songs on the mp3 player.
In windows media player I right clicked on the player, and clicked on, format.
Then I re-synced all songs.
It worked for me. Good luck

Try taking the battery out and let is sit for a minute. Put the batter back in and start the MP3 player.
