I cannot install Lexmark service center on my computer. It says I must be connected to the internet, which I am. and that I must be an administrator, which I am. any help?

I have tried contacting Lexmark, but they just keep saying uninstall and put in your CD and reinstall, which doesn't fix this, still have the same problem.
