SOURCE: Clutch failure of Raymarine M81130 linear drive

Try putting 12 vdc directly to the clutch circuit. You should hear the clutch engage. If this is operating properly, then the course computer circuit has failed. If this is not working then the linear drive needs to be rebuilt.

I bought a TP 4000 chair at Staples today and when you sit in it you immediately sink like the hydraulic cylinder that allows you to adjust hieght is bad. Any ideas??

It could be faulty, but there is a arm under the seat that should allow you to adjust it, exercise that lever, perhaps the valve is stuck.

Just replaced hydraulic clutch line a week ago and as I was leaving today I put it in reverse backed out and then when I went to put in in first I wouldn't go and there was a puddle of fluid that's leaking...

Sounds like the "slave Cylinder is leaking. That is the device which the hydraulic line attaches to on the side of the tranny and acts as an actuator for the clutch mechanism

Leaking hydraulic fluid

Sounds liek the seal is not seated properly. If it is new and leaking, take it back and ask for a repair/replacement. There should be a warranty in place.

The hydraulic pump does not shut off and the lift arms will not go down on my d19 allis chalmers tractor.

Sounds like you have a hydraulic flow valve problem. Check the lift arms when the pump is running to see if you have any hydraulic fluid leaking there.

Yes it can be repaired. Any Raymarine dealer should be able to help you out. If you can't find a local dealer, email me: kevin@sun-me.net and I can give you pricing on the repair. I would need your serial number of the pilot.

The clutch is stuck to the floor bord and i cant shift

you may have a faulty clutch master cylinder or faulty clutch slave cylinder- leaking clutch fluid. most of the time both are replaced at the same time which should be recomended by your mechanic, the bolts to the master cylinder are very hard to get to and require the right tool.
you should be able to move car forward by selecting 1st then cranking engine till it starts, gear changes while driving are hard but not impossible. i recommend a tow truck to a local repairer.

The linear drive should have an adjustment screw on the arm so that it can be adjusted to show when the rudders are central. you will need to centre upm the rudders then loosen the screw and adjust until the guage shows the centre position. May take some fiddling to get right cause sometimes when you centre it the guage won't read correctly in the port or starbord directions (won't go all the way over). May need to re-position the whole unit.
