its in your manual, did not give model number so i looked up anyone. if this does not work you can enter your model number here for a copy of user manual
To Change: Press and hold CUSTOM BROIL for 5 seconds. A
tone will sound and “C” will appear on the display. Repeat to
change back to Fahrenheit.

Yo can do it the long way:
°F to °C Deduct 32, then multiply by 5, then divide by 9 °C to °F Multiply by 9, then divide by 5, then add 32
Or you can do it the easy way and go to:
http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm and use the converter.

press and hold PRECISE CLEAN for 5 seconds, a tone will sound and c or f will appear on the display. repeat to change back. to exit press CANCEL/OFF
