Question about Rival Kitchen Appliances - Others
Have had this electric kettle for only two years, bought for very cheap at Walmart and it's labeled Walmart on the bottom but Rival on the side. Worked fabulously for 2 years but lately need to put pressure on one side to keep the light/power on. Have found elsewhere this is a problem but have not found the solution yet. Going to keep working on it tonight to see what I can learn about the unit.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

This maybe the thermo fuse, and or the heating element that is defective. These parts must be properly replaced for safety issues.
Usually these appliances are not worth to service.
