Remote control not working

use camera digital or webcam cell, touch any key from remote control and the LED must be ON, see the picture attached. Otherwsie open the r.control clean with some solver for to clean contacts from dust, corrosion, etc, clean the contacts battery too, and replace by new ones.

did you check the battery compartment for damage, dislocation or any visual oxidation of the contacts?
I've had the problem myself with oxidated contacts. After cleaning and adjusting the contacts, the remote worked fine again ;)
To check if the contacts are located good, just test if your batteries make good contact and are sitting tight between the contacts.
To clean the contacts, if necesarry, take a swap, dipped in cleaning alcohol or nail polish remover and clean the contact surface. Acetone works fine as well, just don't use any other cleaning fluids, because they may make the problem worse.
If the the contacts are seriously oxidated, you can scratch the worst off, with toothpick or a match. Metal objects may scratcj to hard.

Check its battery contacts for any dust or rust. Clean the contacts first and then check.

1) replace new batteries with the same tipe alkaline
2) see the polarities are wrong
3) clean the contacts batteries with c. cleaner
4) retight the spring contacts batteries with l plier for better contacts
5)open the r. control clean the keypads from dirty, corrosion, oxide and bad contacts.
6) reset the code
7) try again, if the problem persist go to the repair shop TV for fix it.

5) open the remote control and clean the keypads with contacts cleaner for diryt, dust, and oxide.
6) resolder all points from board rremote
7) if this not work, you must go to the repair shop TV for fix it.
8) the SYSCOM can be defective. remember they send I.R emission.

4) open the remote control, and clean the keypads switch from dirty, oxide, corrosion.bad contacts, or open contacts. This will NOT trasmitt the infrared signal to the receiver.
