Jimmy you may have to drill it out carefully. Drill in the center and then try and tap a flat head screwdriver into it. Use some WD40 and give it a few mins. Then turn CAREFULLY.

2007 ford focus. Idler pulley bolt broke off in engine block. How do I remove the sheared off bolt int eh engine block?

Buy a tool called an "easy out" its like a threaded screw with a fine point on the end of it and the other end has a spanner or socket fitting. You drill through the centre of the broken bolt , insert the easy out and screw the easy out into the hole. The easy out is a left hand thread , so as you are "tightening" the easy out, it is actually undoing the broken bolt. Spray bit of CRC or WD 40 around the broken bolt to assist its removal.

There are a few things to check, if the muffler has a spark arrester gauze in the out let this may well be blocked, remove the muffler and the gauze, does the engine now rev? if yes either the park arrester is blocked or the muffler itself is blocked, if this does not cure it, check the flow of fuel from the tank to the new carb, replace the filter in the fuel tank and try again, if this does not help try running the saw with the air filter removed, if it revs normally the filter is blocked.

One of the bolts that holds the muffler on broke off flush with the head. how do you remove the broken bolt from the clyinder block?

You need a screw extractor. Google it. There are several styles. They aren't expensive. Basically you drill a hole in the bolt (a little smaller hole than the bolt so you don't ruin the thread in the engine block), then you tap the extractor into the hole and turn it with a wrench. Good luck.

My saw won't put out full power, it's like smoothered up, not working at all properly?

If the engine tone sounds muffled, it may be because the air filter is blocked, remove it and clean, other things that will cause this is a blocked spark arrestor in the muffler outlet ( if it has one ) if not it may be a case of adjusting the carb mixture, 1/4 turn in on the H screw on the carb.

Fuel is leaking from air intake of carby whenever i press trigger to start

If the saw has a spark arrestor in the muffler it could be blocked, or the exhaust port may be blocked, remove the muffler and check/clean, if that is all clear then it has to be the carb needle leaking, you realy need a small bulb pressure tester to check this, put approx 2 psi into the carb fuel inlet nozzel, this should hold steady, if not the carb is leaking, you will then have to remove the carb, take away the screws holding the metering side diaphram cover ( usually chrome plated with four screws, and a breather hole in the middle of it ) remove the diaphram and gasket, the needle will be held in by one screw securing the metering lever and spring, do not lose the spring, replace the rubber tipped needle, re assemble the carb and try again.
Good luck

Starts easily, but won't rev for 10 mintues. After warm, max speed is low / lacks power. New plug & gas filter

Check to see if the muffler is blocked. There is a screen (spark arrester) at muffler exhaust these get blocked. Usually 1 screw holding it in. Remove screen and replace or clean. I use bernzomatic torch to burn out these deposits.

When you first start the blower on choke then you mover the lever off choke it runs rough and has no power I just tuned it up last month

check carb adjustment screws. Also may have a blocked muffler. There is a spark arrester screen that becomes blocked. Usually 2 screws hold this in place at muffler exhaust, remove screen and use small tourch to burn it clean.
