the drain is probably frozen, unplug unit and defrost manually, use a hair dryer to melt the ice around the drain , be careful not to melt any of the plastic

The no frost fridge has a compartment that collects the water while it keeps defrosting on a time cycle. I presume that the tray is clogged and full. you will need to access the rear to see to this. Also try to reduce the cooling on the thermostat, reduce the times you are keeping the door open. all of his will only create more frost into the coils to be defrosted. Please also see that the cooling/blowing fans in the freezer are not blocked, allow space for the air flow. Helpful I guess. Good day

SOURCE: Hi, Is there of clearing
a little air pressure works the best. if you have an air compressor or a portable air tank, usa a blower nozzle. if you can regulate the air then turn id down low, like 15 pounds or so. stick the nozzle in the drain opening inside the fridge and wrap a rag around the nozzle at the drain opening to prevent blow back. give it a quick burst of air and it should be unblocked. if not then give it a little more pressure. after its clear then pour a little bleach water down the drain to kill the slime . good luck

behind back panel of fridge on the inside is a drain tubeat bottom, remo that runs from freezer to evaporator pan under fridge, either ice or a piece of trash has probably clogged the drain remove panelandsee if debris is visible if so remove it if not visible use a strightened wire coat hanger and snake out the drain tube this should take care of your problem
