Question about Omnitech 10-Sheet Micro-Cut Shredder
As soon as I press power the shredder starts, but only in reverse. If I press forward nothing happens. It wants to run continuously in reverse. Help!
In the middle of feed opening there is a sensor which in your case will be stuck. Try clear it using tweezers. Failing that soak the blockage up excessively with WD-40 as it will loosen and soften stuck paper leave it for 10-15 minutes, repeat 2-3 times. Then power on the unit and it should be good as new! Good luck
