Delta have attached itself to my pc, i have tried malwarebytes and many other but it has latched itself to my pc, please help me on how to get rid of this horrible Delta search

I would also do a Malwarebytes scan in Windows Safe Mode
1st Update Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or reinstall it from here

How to Enter Windows Safe Mode: Click Start then All Programs then Accessories select Run type msconfig and hit enter.
Select the Boot tab, select Safe boot and Minimal then Apply and OK.
Restart the computer and you'll enter safe mode.The screen will look odd, with no desktop wallpaper and large icons. Open Malwarebytes and run a scan.When your done with MalwareBytes 2.0 scan in safe mode, Click Start then All Programs then Accessories select Run type msconfig and hit enter.
Select the Boot tab, uncheck Safe boot then click Apply and OK
Restart the computer and it will boot back to normal Windows mode.
Remove Delta Search from Internet Explorer

Remove Delta Search from Mozilla Firefox

Remove Delta Search from Google Chrome

have you tried "spybot-search and destroy"? if that wont work-try" last known good-configuration" or "system restore" if none of those will work we need to remove it manually- when the virus is doing something like a pop-up press CNTRL+ALT+DEL to open up the TASK MANAGER goto processes and write down every one and let me know.. but try all of the other methods first and also---BACK UP ALL FILES while you still can
