Sounds like an internal problem, most likely with the power button. You will need to open it up and check it. If the system is still under warranty, take it back for a new one otherwise let me know if you need help working on this

the only way to remove moisture is to get it looked at by a local repair shop .Or remove radio yourself ..let it dry for a few days and see if it helped .Water in LCD may not dry completely and may rust LCD with in time
