SOURCE: Owners manual
I have this cooker and manual. the manual got wet and I had to take it apart to dry it out. I decided to scan it and make a new copy since the original is pretty rough from getting wet & some pages stuck together. It is readable. I would be willing to share the manual, with anyone interested. I am scanning it now (about 54 pages) and plan to make it a PDF file. I would be able to email it to you, send you a CD or Print it out and mail it to you. All I ask is that you pay what it costs me for paper, ink or CD and postage if I mail it to you. No charge for the PDF by email since I am doing that anyway. I would never have found this forum, except I was looking for a manual to purchase before I went to all this trouble. I don't think there is one to be found. I will check this website to see if anyone wants the manual.

I have the same problem. The display lights up and everything, but it doesn't produce any heat. I suspect it's a problem with the "weight sensor" on the bottom, but I'm not sure. Anyone?

SOURCE: Hi, I purchased two Bravetti
This manual is not freely and readily available, and Bravetti is really a daughter company for some other parent
company. There is no information on how to contact them or anything
of the sort. Did you happen to get this through HSN (home shopping
network)? If so you will need to contact HSN and request the manual,
and if they don't have it, they will have the contact information for
Bravetti / it's parent company whom you can contact for the manual.
However there is no way to easily get that manual and recipe book
without contacting them. I would call this number to start with, and go
from there eve1-800-284-3100 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-800-284-3100 end_of_the_skype_highlighting
I'm so sorry about that, call the # above even if you didn't get it though hsn. we here at fixya however do not have any manuals to mail out i'm really sorry about that also.
