Question about Winix Air Purifiers
Not much to add. The unit is plugged in but no power. I tried taking the face plate of and pressing the button directly - no use. Smth is dead :(

The grid part of the screen should face the fan. The O3 produced by the cold-plasma discharge is what attacks the odors, and you want the fan to blow it out of the machine.
Make sure the spring-steel contacts are touching metal on both sides of the plate.

Hi Wayne, glad to hear it's working again. Sometimes turning it off and let it sit for a while does clear some of the problems weird enough.
