I Had a similar problem with my Air Conditioning unit, the repair man said without the information their was nothing he could do, but that he would go look for it.

This is what i was able to find, This litterally all just took place within the past hour so i don't know if its workable information, but here is my two and a half cents.

I hav a miller p3rd-030k when i turn the thermostat on fan comes on but not the compressor

Could be the compressor leads burned off the terminals at the compressor, or contactor switch is bad, or capacitor is bad, or compressor locked up.If you can use a multimeter you can find the problem. If not call a service man.

Where do I recharge the P3RA 030K

Take the panel off where the copper lines go in. Down towards the bottom ,the copper will tie into valves. There should be caps approx. 1/2" at bottom, these are your charging ports!

Changing Air Filter

In general terms an electric unit uses a 20 x 20 x 1 filter and a gas system uses a 20 x 25 x 1 filter. If the return filter is somewhere other than at the unit, it will very greatly in size. Its the descretion of the installer as to what size filter they choose to install.

Intertherm outside unit - s3ba-036k - does not run

Measure the voltage across the line. The outside unit normally runs on 220 Volts. Measuring each side of the line to ground will give 110 Volts. If your outside disconnect is of a fused type one fuse could be blown. If a fuse is blown on one side of the line you will read zero volts differential across the line.

Check the type of fuse used in the disconnect. Make sure the proper size time delay fuse is installed on both sides of the line at the disconnect.
