Question about Avaya 4412D Corded Phone
We have several phones and i need all of them to have the same time on the display board. i need step by step instructions on how to do that.
This phone is a Merlin Magix system phone. The time is stored in the main control unit, not the telephone. You have different times on different phones??? I do not see how this is possible unless the clock is broken and not updating the phones with the correct time. If that was the case every time you unplug a phone and re-connect it the time may be reset to 12:00 on that phone. Avaya has all their manuals available on their web site. I'd suggest going to www.avaya.com and searching for "Magix time"
