Emergency lights, brake lights and hight beams work but the tail lights and heads lights dont come on and work. What could be the problem

fuses, check all fuses. 1st.

this car has diffr. path for park/tail lamps (same path as cab lights)

just a switch (park) turns them on, NO RELAYS.

there is a high beam relay marked, dimmer. and

a HL relay (head light ,low beams)

both fuses can't blow on HL, lows. no way.? huh? but seen it with a berserk Alternator.

all answers USA< not canada or? with DRL. so... do post country. or Honda market code, KA is USA.

i always check the HL relay 1st. (lows)

HL are hot all the time. no key needed at any time (easy)

i always go to the mid point in the circuit. (saves 1/2 the work)

i go to the HL relay; 1 checks here.

1: power contractor pin, input, 12v all the time, if not fuse bad.

2: coil top pin, 12v all time ,same answer.

3: HL on, coil bottom 0v, if not the combo switch is bad.

4: HL on, contactor out 12v, if not and above ok, Relay is bad.

the book is here, you can see the HL in chapter ,23 .

if not usa or car has DLR?;, do say so, nobody ever does, but do.

When ever I turn the air condition on. this symbol (HL) appear on the small screen, and it won't open What does that mean? Thank u

I think what you are seeing is "FL", rather than HL. FL indicates that the water collection bucket is FULL & needs to be drained. Sometimes. the LED letters on the screen can be hard ti read.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Detergent door opens, but does not spring back. After cycle is done, some of the soap is still in dispenser because door does not open back all the way.

Hello. I can illuminate this issue for you and offer a couple of choices. Dishwashers have a soap dispenser located on the inside of the door. When the timer cycle calls for the soap to be emptied into the dishwasher, it either sends electricity to a bi-metal switch that opens it, or it mechanically opens the soap dish.

I always recommend to my customers that they go with a product like cascade 2 in 1 action pacs. These little pacs are merely tossed into the machine before you close the door with no concern about the soap dispenser at all, and they work better than any powder or liquid alone.

Despenser cup - Kenmore dish washer

the dispenser will always open when the washer goes through it's regular cycle. I would recommend to only use powdered soap, that is what the washer was designed to work best with.
