I own a Kenmore HE3 washer (Model 110.44832200) that we purchased in 2004. Recently we've noticed that it takes almost 2 hours to finish a load of clothes. No error messages show up during the cycle. It appears that clean water continues to run into the wash machine while it's draining and spinning after the wash and rinse cycles. We've also noticed that the bleach doesn't drain and the fabric softner doesn't rinse completely out of its reservoir.
Have you ever cleaned it out? Its likely due to a plugged drain, not allowing the system to drain fast enough for the normal cycle. Check out my solution on

I cleaned out the drain a couple weeks ago. There wasn't too much debris in the drain, so I checked the hoses as well. It seems to be draining fine. However, the problem persists.
I have the same problem. I now go to the laundromat to wash my clothes. I talked to the technician who owns the laundromat and he told me there must be a mode switch somewhere on the washer. My washer sits on 1 minute left for at least 30 minutes.
