Try to adjust first in automatic the monitor with the MENU.
If the problem persist restore the pc, go to control panel and use the utility system restore, put the last date that you know was working Good , and fix it.
God bless you

if its a even 4 inch border on each side the set is in the 4x3 format, look for a button on the remote (read owner manual) for aspect.

Picture doesn't fit screen

Ken, I can understand the concern and would be happy to help. I hope this has been resolved by now. If not, you'll want to press the Star (*) button on the bottom of the remote to change the screen format. If it continues, or you need any other assistance, just let me know!

Protective screen

I replaced the screen on my 62 inch big screen for about $50 and the picture is very good! You simply need to purchase a piece of plexiglass from a glass shop or hardware store and have it cut to the EXACT dimensions you require for your TV2.gif. NEXT the plexiglass must be FROSTED. This can be done by a fine particle sandblaster or power sander with a fine grade paper. I used a power sander and sanded BOTH sides methodically and vertically on BOTH sides. I recommend buying a couple of 12 inch wide strips to test which method pleases you most by placing them in the path of the projected image where the old screen was removed. In any event, I recommend frosting BOTH sides.
