Question about Epson Stylus Color 800 InkJet Printer
This is the 3rd printer that I've purchased and all have the same problem. I've finally come to the conclusion the problem is NOT with the printer but probably with my computer(s). I'm able to complete head and nozzle cleaning but when I try to print the page it still is still not visible. The printer acts like it is printing and sounds like it is printing but a blank sheet of paper comes out. I've tried this latest printer on 2 different computers, one O/S is 2000 AND the other XP Pro but same thing happens. There must be a driver problem somewhere and I would like to start all over from scratch. But don't know what or where to scratch. Thanks for the help in advance. Dennis
Remove the software, correctly using the Epson uninstall feature. Re boot. Come off line Disable anti virus. Run the CD and do exactly as prompted. Espon is a very fussy installer.
