Doro 611. Based on previous mobile phones I've used, the predictive text setting "Abc" should lead to the next typed letter being a capital, followed by the rest of the word in lower-case. However, on my Doro 611 the "Abc" setting is acting as if it were the "abc" setting - my first letter after enabling this setting is lower-case! To achieve a capital first letter I have to use the "ABC" setting then change to abc to get the correct word.

Go to 'Create new Message' and move down into the text box.
Press and hold the * [star] key for about 2 seconds and the format should change to predictive text and remain that way. if you want to change the letter case press the * key very briefly.

6. Scroll down till you see "Input method"
7. Choose "Abc" and click OK
