SOURCE: Panasonic Viera TH-37PX8B Green Screen When Turn On DVD Player

I had the same problem, after reading the forums and playing around for a while I cracked it. It was to do with the output from the DVD player, in the DVD player setup I changed the output from RGB to s-video and bingo! Hope that helps

SOURCE: Panasonic TC-32LX70 buzzing sound from speakers

You may have rerouted your cable too close to a live connection. The magnetic field from the power line is causing interference on the television cable. You will need to either reroute the cable or shield it from the interference. This can be done with a metal covering separating The wires from the cable. It can also be caused by a bad ground connection in the house. The bad ground will allow noise to appear on the ground of the cable and interfering with it. Check to make sure you have a good ground connection on the cable and the power cables connections. I hope this information helps you with your problem.

Replace the mainboard, it is going to be damaged, there is a chance it could be the powerboard but it is quite remote to take into consideration.

sounds like the cable or connections are not good. Your not getting all the signals or the tv needs adjustment/recalibration (if it is good).

does it have a test or demo mode to see if it is good?

I purchased a used Panasonic Plasma TV TH-42Pw5. I finally got a picture by hooking it up through a vcr, but the color is completely green. When using the remote instruction colors are varied. HELP!

usually a single color is caused by a bad connection to the display I would guess that a connector inside the TV has come partially loose causing this this is quite common on the computers at my work due to vibration before taking the TV apart I suggest replacing the external cables to the VCR

Are the speakers' cables connected correctly? (p. 37) Is "Sound Mute" active? (p. 13) Is the volume set to the minimum? Is "Speaker output" set to "Off"? (p. 22) Change "SAP" settings. (p. 16) Check "HDMI 1 in", "HDMI 2 in" or "HDMI 3 in" settings. (p. 22)
Hope this helps, page# refer to your manual.

How to connect headphones to this tv.

The only way to accomplish this will require an external amplifier.

Connect the program out to the input of the external amp and use the headphones from there. Disconnect the speakers or turn them off in the audio menu.
