Picture bowing in with blue red or green offset is caused by loss
of convergence circuitry operation. If it simply offset, try to use
the convergence adjustment settings of the set. If you cannot get some of the settings for each color to move, it confirms a defect in
the circuitry. If it will move and you can line it up, there is nothing further to do.
The convergence chips need to be changed out by a tech and there may be resistors burned that need to be changed as well and sometimes there is a fuse to the convergence modules that needs replacing. Once these are changed the user convergence controls will get it closer than it was, but it may require getting into the factory provided service menu to do a more complete allignment.
