There is a video here but you probably need a gas service technician to replace the thermocouple safety device.. Easy job and not expensive.

Comfortmaker 10 means simply it is a 10 SEER system. Unable to determine the OUTPUT size without the Model Number. Go to the Outdoor Unit Nameplate and locate the Model No. Here is an easy way to determine the "SIZE" of the "Comfortmaker 10 HVAC" Systems:

Model No.: OUTPUT Size (Nominal Tons of A/C):

NAC015 1.5 Ton Unit

NAC024 2.0 Ton Unit

NAC030 2,5 Ton Unit

NAC036 3.0 Ton Unit

NAC042 3.5 Ton Unit

NAC048 4.0 Ton Unit

The BTUS are part of the model number and the Manufacturer will give you the AFUE rating or just call a local comfortmaker wholesaler listed locally. Good Luck

Make sure you have gas to the unit and the switch on top of valve is turn to on. Can you here the gas valve click? It igniter comes on and a delay and the gas valve should come on. Kill power to furnace to reset control board. Rus Let me know how it goes.
