Hi, my clp-315 (clp-310 series) is not printing. the status led is red, and the samsung smart panel initially said, "low heat error. cycle power." i tried just turning the machine off overnight; status is still the same, but the smart panel now reads, "system error. cycle power." any sort of help would be much appreciated
Ditto on the error. Have only printed 100 or so pages total on this machine.
No help at the website yet, either.

try to do this set of instruction & solution:
What does the Samsung Smart Panel say? It normally tells you what the problem is. Is the waste toner container full? If so, the printer does not work untill you empty it and put it back. You do not need to buy a new waste toner container. This is my third CLP-310/315 so I know what I´m talking about. The problem with the Samsung Smart Panel is that it uninstalls itself and the icon disappears and you must then ask the computer to repair it. When the Samsung Smart Panel is not working, of course you have no information about what is wrong in the printer. This has happened to me three times.

Hi, One of mine was saying the same thing. I swapped out the fuser & it works fine now. Changing it isn't too difficult at all (7 screws, a wrestle with the right side cover, and two lead connectors leading to the unit)
P.S. Get ready to catch the spriing off of the left side of the fuser when you remove it...
