Can a person with new citizen papers collect social security is they have not worked in the U.S.?

No. BUT
Most people who immigrate to the United States after they've reached retirement age will not have the 40 U.S. work credits needed to qualify for Social Security unless they worked in the country for a cumulative 10 years when they were younger. However, if you're able to legally work in the United States for a year and a half after arriving and can earn at least $1,260 per quarter, you may qualify to receive prorated U.S. Social Security benefits under a totalization agreement with a country you worked in previously.

Is it true that Social security checks are going to be renamed to Federal benefit checks

It's true that Social Security retirement payments are classified as "federal benefit payments." The word "benefits" has been applied to Social Security retirement payments since the Social Security program was enacted in the 1930s. The terminology is also not unique to Social Security, as the phrase "federal benefit payments" applies to a broad class of payments made to (or on behalf of) individuals under federal government programs - everything from Social Security Disability Insurance to Medicare to farm subsidies are considered "federal benefit payments." The fact that workers themselves contribute much of the money that goes into the Social Security retirement fund doesn't affect its classification as a benefit. They benefit the person who cashes the check.

How mutch are we aloud to eaarn on a aged pensioen

The Internal Revenue Service says you can figure out whether you have to pay taxes on Social Security by adding half of your annual benefit to your other income. If the total is more than $32,000 and you file a joint return, some of your benefits must be reported as taxable income on your tax return. For single filers the threshold is $25,000. For example, if you file as single and your annual benefit is $15,000, half of your benefit amount is $7,500. You you can earn up to $17,500 in additional income before you hit the $25,000 mark and have to pay taxes on Social Security benefits.

You can only get a social security number if you are an American Citizen or your employer completes the paper for you to obtain an authorization for ITIN to work. Did you get a SS#? Do you still have a paycheck showing you have social security deductions?
