My sreen whent blank and i would like to know how to get my numbers off of it or copy them to the simm some how
Mine has done that a couple times. shut right off and i couldnt turn it back on. all i do is take out the battery and then put it back in and it boots right up.
Can you see shadows images - which indicated the device is ok and you have lost the back light so the can by peering at the screen sill function or is it completely dead- in which case the total system has failed.
This seems then a board component failure.
What sort of access to memory/data does it have?
USB for example
All I suggest you can do is to try to connect it to another computer to see if you can pull off any data on the device
I would not know about a repair on one of these- the Makers website may offer a solution

the screens black no color the key bad does not light up either but the sle key pad does
I took out the battery to see model # and after a few hours my screen went blank had to take out battery again to power it, did I do something wrong or
will this correct itself?
My screen froze earlier when it was locked and wouldn't unlock or turn off or anything so I took the battery off and now it won't do anything at all when I put the battery back in. I tried putting it on the charger but that has not helped either?
