Maybe the conflict or Operator things !
I mean if you have same numbers in your sim card and phone memory at sametime phone can get conflict issues , because phone also got confused what to put on the screen !
F480 itself has an issue with colliding CALLER ID and NAME DISPLAY.As you know, name display shows up when you don't have the incoming call number. However, this device ignore CALLER ID and just show NAME DISPLAY...
SOLUTION:You need to call your operator and disable NAME DISPLAY ONLY.

1) From the Home screen, go to Start > Contacts
2) Select the desired phone number
3) Press the Menu soft key and select Edit.
4) Use the Left or Right navigation key to place the cursor at the place where the pause needs to be added.
5) Press the Menu soft key and select Insert Pause to add a two-second pause. The letter ‘p‘ will appear where the pause has been set.
6) Use the keypad to enter any additional numbers if desired.
Tip: You can create pauses longer than two seconds by entering multiple pauses.
