get in touch with your carrier service people and make sure you have internet connected on your phone. or go to black berry forum and enter your phone number and you might be able to activate your bbm. hope this helps.
Try taking the battery out and if doesn't work have to go and see Blackberry dealer or where You got your Blackberry. These are software problems which I have also faced.
dear if the msg is a text message then it would have been read by ur cell
but since it is a text send by bluetooth via bbm its format is different so that is why it is not reading in ur cell
Hi, I am posting all the steps which I did to connect my Micromax Q5 phone with my PC for Aircel Internet.
In my Q5 phone: Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Data Conn. -> GPRS -> ADD -> Name: aircel net APN: aircelweb Username: Blank Password: Blank HTTP -> Authentication: Normal Proxy: No
Then I can use Internet through my Opera Mini & also throgh WAP homepage.
Now I have insert CD -> Installed -> ''Installed Driver.exe''
Its showing Driver Installed successfully.
Next I opened Phone suite -> then gone to Blue icon in the Phone suite folder -> Click on settings -> General -> select port -> COM 1 -> Create connection -> Create/modify ->
is this for you BBM if so....try taking the battery out for 10secs then inserting it back in...if
