this error is related to web roller in your machines fixing unit.You must be check your web roller condition or replace it.try to clean all the sensor related to the same. if still not working then you clear error through service mode.for service mode press "addition function" then press 2 and 8 at the same time and again press "addition function". then go to COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERROR. and press ok.and you clear web counter also in COUNTER .in under misc field > counter >web conter.

Charging problem


you have not posted your problem clearly. If the wire of charger is disconnected the you can not charge it. So put the charger tip in your mouth to know if your charger is ok or not. If you fell slightly bitter or something unusal then your charger is ok and you have problem with cell phone. If you do not feel current then repair or buy new one.

There is not a way two turn it off, it is like your milage on your car. If you try to disconnect it, you will get a error code. You may be able to have a pass code put on it to lock it up. But, once the pass code is passed around it is, as if it was not there.. Good Luck

you have to go to the service menu andd under conter there is sa PM conter and life conter, and from there you have to reser transfer roller unit count.
