Further more, their investigation department conducted investigation on my connection if i did not forge electricity, tested appliances and took pictures of such damaged appliances. I was promised that the matter will be finalized within 42 days. To my surprise, its now six months and they only respond without truth as and when i enquire. Can I please be assisted. if the fan is spinning then it sounds as though the element has gone. has your fuse box recently tripped? it may have been the blowing element.

The reason why you oven is tripping is because the oven element is most likely burnt out...
The electricity supply going out should not have affected this... it is easily replaced and is not to costly..
