If you have the receipt, take it back to the store with the receipt. They may give you an exchange. Otherwise, follow the directions in the fine print in the warranty statement in the back of the instruction manual or on a separate card included somewhere in the packaging material.
Take the microwave back to where you got it, whatever is going on it should still be covered under warranty. it may just be a fuse but a warranty is a warranty. Make sure to take your manual with you just in case they give you any ****. Warranty is located on pg. 15?
My flash went out twice on my FD-95. The first time it was fixed under warranty and it was the bulb. This time I haven't fixed since I have my 707 now. It still works with the external flash like yours did before you dropped it.
If possible I would try and buy another external flash since your time is short. When I had my camera fixed under warranty it was just about to run out and they, the camera shop, told me I should get it fixed now instead of out of warranty because the cost could be hundreds just in labor alone.
