SOURCE: how to unfreeze samsung corby 2
I believe it could be the phones file system that could be at fault here.
Take out the sim card and get the keypad up when the phone has started, type in the following code: *2767*2878#
Which will take the phone back to Default settings and reconfigure the file system.
If that fails reboot the phone without a sim card and then try the following code: *2767*3855#
The code above will remove all data on the phone and will be set back to Factory condition.
If neither of the above work then you will need to have the phone flashed (firmware reboot) at this moment in time im in work and unable to check if there is a 3rd party flasher for this interface, alternatively if you have a local mobile phone repair shoip they should have a kit called NS Pro which is fully capable of flashing the phone.
And if akll fails then the chipset on the phone may be damaged itself either from moisture or being dropped.
