a power glitch can cause this promblem first push pause cancel twice to clear this error code then try the washer on drain spin and listen for the pump to come on if it does then clear the machine by pause cancle twice then try to start again if code resets then the promblem is most likely the ccu or the board but try clearing the error first if that dont work get back with me and we will run diagnostic mode

SOURCE: F 25 Code
F25 is a motor tachometer code. In simple terms, the machine control does not know how fast the motor is turning so it shuts down. The problem could be in the motor, motor controller, the main control, or a wiring harness problem. Since it is new, I expect it is something simple like a connector that is not plugged in properly. I am seeing a lot of this kind of problem lately. They are getting in too big of a hurry at the factories I think.
If you can't wait for service, unplug the machine and remove the lower front cover and check the connections at the motor and motor controller. You can remove the top and check the connections at the main control. Just be sure not to change anything, just make sure all the plugs are pushed in to the connectors properly.
Let me know what you find out.

SOURCE: F25 error code
You said, you started my washer and after a few minutes I'm getting this F25 code. Water starts to go in but it never starts washing. Any thoughts?
This is what F25 is telling you.
DRIVE MOTOR TACHOMETER ERROR
If the control is unable to properly detect motor speed, the machine shuts down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door unlocks after 3 minutes.
Check and Repair
1. Verify the shipping system including shipping bolts, spacers and cables are removed.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power for 5 minutes (Rests the system)
3. Check wire harness connections between the drive motor and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
6. Check the drive motor for powered rotations
If you can not find the fault , Please call service.

SOURCE: Fault code F25
If you remove three screws along the bottom front the bottom panel comes off.
On the inside, on the right wall, is a plastic bag with a paper labeled "FOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN ONLY".
This has a section titled "FAILURE/ERROR DISPLAY CODES" with all the error codes along with an explanation and recommended procedure. For F25, this is:
DRIVE MOTOR TACHOMETER ERROR
If the control is unable to properly detect motor speed, the machine shuts down.
If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door unlocks after 3 Minutes.
1. Verify the shipping system including shipping bolts, spacers and the power cord are removed.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check drive motor tachometer resistance. It should be approx. 115 ohms.
4. Check wire harness connections between the drive motor and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU).
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations.
I got this working for many on this site :)

if you are mechanical and are not afraid of small wires you can try this. I had the exact same problem on my machine. i very slowly diasssembled the machine. not hard to do. removed the top. unscrews from the back and slides to the back to come off. remove the door. unsnap the plastic plate that goes around the door.it is held on by small snap clip that pop off if you use a small flat screw driver to pry it out. remove detergent tray. and screws that attach it to the inner box. now the hard part. remove the face plate. it unsnaps similar to large door plate.very carefully unclip the circuit boards. they are held in by plastic clips around the outside and white plastic clips in the middle. you must gently pry up and release these clips one at a time. a second person is helpful, so are small needle nose pliers. clean both circuit boards very gently with isopropyl alcohol and qtips. mositen the qtips and clean every inch of the boards. be very careful not to bend or crack anything. you must get all the yellowish flux and any other corrosion growing on the board off. there is one more board that must be cleaned. the power supply board. it is mounted on the top right side near where the face plate wire come through. this is not hard to remove it is held in by small clips. the tricky part is the wires. they are all designed so they cannot be plugged in incorrectly but i have seen what people are capable of. make a map. number them with a sharpie so you know where they go. remove this board and clean it the same way. this on will probably be the worst offender. i cleaned all the boards reassembled and it works like new. below the door is a panel that should also be removed. there is a removable drain filter that should be cleaned out. i found pens and toys in mine. the machine could not pump out the water fast enough and would shut down and trigger f70 and f 20 codes.
