If the unit has an ice maker or water dispensor, etc. there's always a chance a connection is loose or a valve is leaking by. If no other water is hooked up to the refer, then the defrost cycle water that should drain down to the bottom underneath pan is what is likely. You may have to take the inside rear panels off to see if the drain line is plugged up, that would allow water from the defrosting of the coils to drip inside the fridge vice outside like it should.

If this appliance is new, I would suggest to contact the vendor or manufacturer and ask them for in home service.
It could be the thermostat that might be not working properly or not set properly.
Check the user manual for more info on the thermostat settings.

We replaced the water filter in our GE refrigerator (model #CFCP1NIXC) and now the water comes out VERY slowly. We let it run for a gallon and a half like it suggested. Now it's slower!

Maybe it was the wrong filter. Check that there are no foreign materials in the line or the filter attachment points. Also that you did not kink something.

Why is my GE (ZFSB23D SS) side by side refrigerator leaking at the back corner, near the rear wheel where the plastic water line goes in?

If the tubing is plastic it could have cracked when you moved the tubing to install the filter. If the tubing is OK then possinly the filter isn't all the way in or is leaking.

There may be a blocked drain. Some of these refrigerators had a loop of the cooling tubing back there and when the refrigerator shuts ofrf this water will drain off. It is supposed to drain out a channel and tuvbe but if this is plugged it runs out the front.

This is a result of the drain being clogged. you'll have to locate the drain hole in the bottom of the freezer. Remove the wire bins and gently poke around the back of the floor of the refer with your finger. You should be able to feel a soft spot and clear the drain with a Q-tip or something else soft and flexable.
