Question about Frigidaire Dishwashers
I've read some of these solutions, which sound helpful. My less than 3-yr old DW worked beautifully until 2 months ago. After trying different detergents to no avail, I finally discovered yesterday that NONE of the arms are spinning. Considering this "coincidence," could it still be that all the holes are clogged? If so, can someone please instruct me how to remove the arms? I've made a cursory attempt to loosen what appear to be clips holding the middle arm in place, but they're pretty tight; and I'm afraid I might break something if I apply any more pressure. Many thanks!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: GE Triton arms don't spin
Cut off the power at the breaker for 5 minutes and then turn it on and see if the system resets!
How old is the machine?
Other wise you need hands on service! And a new machine will pay for itself in only a few years!

SOURCE: middle spray arm not spraying
unlikely that 2 dishwashers would have the same fault but is of course possible
could it be to do with how you are loading? quite common is for a knife or similiar to stick down thro the rack and jam the arm

Recommend you pull the bottom spray arm straight up, then out of the DW.
Remove 9 phillips screws that hold the filter shroud down. Remove the filter and clean/rinse it out.
While the filter it out, grab a flashlight and inspect all over the sump area. Especilly in the area the has the check valve that rotates (Vario motor-driven) to feed the water pressure either to the lower and then the upper arms. Watch out for broken glass! Also, inspect the impeller to see if it is undamaged and spins easily.
Reassemble, then test out.
If problems remain, the the wash pump motor is probably the culprit. Do you get any error messages on the time display?
