NETWORK UNLOCK CODE:
To unlock your mobile you need to get network unlock code(NUC) from current service provider via phone or go to service provider office.
While you get the Network unlock code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the network unlock code.
To get restriction code you have to call your previous service provider. This code is provided to prevent in case of theft taken place the other person cannot use your phone in other networks.

SOURCE: I have H7000 chinese android
Hi, a new purchased Chinese cell phones with no service are mostly problems with cell phone not yet unlocked for used..And when not unlocked displays "No service", "Sim locked", Etc..
To be able to use the cell phone, you will need to unlock the cell phone either through the internet or through your local repair stores around you..
Also no service on cell phone can be a problem from your service provider network. To solve this,You will need to find out from people around using the same network service if there is service on thier cell phones ,before you contact the service provider for help...
And the last thing that can cause "No service" problem is Cell phone board network IC ..
If the network IC is damaged,it can cause the cell phone to have network problem..
To fix this, you will need to contact an expert repairer for help...
