Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The IrisScan will work with Win7 32-bit. This from both the Microsoft Compatibility Center and the manufacturer's web site. In that case, just plug in your scanner and the correct driver should load (go to Windows Update on your computer to finish the installation, if needed). However, if you need a 64-bit driver, you are currently out of luck. They only have a 64-bit XP driver (no support for Vista or Win7 in the 64-bit version.)
I hope this helps.

You should be able to use the vista driver. Windows 7 is pretty much vista
all dressed up. There are only a few changes in the Kernel.
Have you even tried just to plug it in, windows generic driver might run it.
