Deleting musuc and videos

I am a middle aged person used to having instruction manuals. I recently purchased a Zune 30. I have loaded some music onto it..but the music and videos that were on it when I purchased it are of no interest to me. I would like to delete them from my lists. I also would like to know how to do this for when I want to change and/or add music. Is there an instruction manual available to print off? I have tried numerous things to no avail. The software that came with my Zune for the PC seems to only deal with the PC end. Thanx for any help you can offer.

I appreciate your help. I have the Zune start-up manual and the Zune product manual which came with my purchase. I have read and re-read and can't figure out this procedure as there is nothing in the manuals giving any explanation. I would likely think someone else would want to delete the music and videos that were on thei Zune when purchased and replace it with their ouw taste of music.
