You have to set the date and time. This is done in the configuration mode. To enter the configuration mode hold down the menu button while pressing the power button for 3 seconds. The menu button cycles through the options the + and - buttons change the setting.

There is a discripincy between dynamap temperature and thermometer readings. Is there an expected % difference between dynampa readings and thermomters?

Hello dear

Thermometer reading is more accurate then dinamap reading.
In dinamap take three reading and then the average of these three are the correct one, But in thermometer the first reading is accurate.
Well in dinamap it shows usually plus minus 5 difference.

Hope the answer will help, do rate it please

I keep getting an error code E83 Timeout:Inflation. I need to be checking my sons BP. Is there a trouble shooting i can perform? What do i do?

How old is the cuff? If it has written on it "single use" and you've been using it a while you may have microleaks which means you need a new cuff. Also, check the hose for holes (usually found where the hose splits and connects to the cuff). Last, check the Dinamap to hose connector are the black orings still on the connecting posts?

Critikon/Ge utilizes the oscillitory method for determining NIBP. In other words, it pressurizes the cuff, stabilizes, decreases pressure slightly, stabilizes, etc. so a leak in the cuff or hose won't allow the pressure to stabilize resulting in an E83 error.

My dinamap is giving me E13 msg. and I have tried replacing cuff, hose and checked all connecters. I have 3 units so have tried the same connectors and hose with cuff on another unit and it works fine....

E13 indicates not enough battery power. Does this error come on when plugged into AC? If so, please check the front of the unit to see if the green charging light is on (seen under mmHG), I bet you it's not illuminated. Check your power cord to power brick connection and the barrell connector to Dinamap connection (one of them is probably loose). If they are seated fine yet no indicator is lit, replace the power cord and if that doesn't solve it then order a new power brick.

  • Follow the onscreen instructions to install the software.

  • Once installed, turn off the mobile and remove the battery. Now reinsert the battery and insert the cable (DCU-60 that comes with the box) while holding the 'c' or '@' button on your mobile.

  • Your computer will detect a new device and install it.

  • Once installed please unplug your mobile, remove the battery. Now reinsert it.

  • Download xs++ from here

  • Extract this file and run XS++.exe

  • In XS++, click Connect.

  • Hold 'C' or '@' key on your phone and then insert the USB cable.

  • u can get some information about your phone when it's connected

  • click or tick GDFS at the bottom.

  • Then click Phone Lock, and reset it to 0000.

  • It will either reset the code to 0000 or will show you the code on right hand side. Note that code.

  • click Settings at the bottom, then Disconnect.

    Dinamap ProCare 300 error 'E13' displayed.

    E13 indicates the battery is too low. The reason this occurs when you press 'inflate" is due to the battery being low and the inflation pump requiring more power to start the process. Make sure your green charge light is illuminated when plugged into AC (most likely it isn't). Check your power connections first: power cord to brick connection and barrel connector to Dinamap connection. If you pressed those in and still no charge light, replace the power cord, if still unsuccessful you'll have to buy a new power brick.
