Ive got 2. One won't do more than 25mph. Changed the plugs no difference. The other makes a awful squealing sound when you hit the start button, but doesn't crank. Ideas??

Could be a bad ignition switch grounding out the ignition, loose wires, bad ground. If it will not even turn the crankshaft over, then I'd check connections to the battery, to the 'ground', to the block/head/?? and make sure the wires on the back of the ignition switch are snug in place. Does it have an 'occupant' safety switch that will kill the engine if you fall off? That may need to be checked also.
Had P1513 error code in Seadoo RXT 2005, means compass out of range, but this PWC has no compass. Read about the error resulting from bad fuel pump, that has no specific error code. After a while it developed fuel pump problems, changed it and the error is gone.
the symptom you discribe sound like a bad throttle position switch.(T.P.S. switch) test, replace, and calibrate switch & prob should go away. good luck.
have you changed oxygen sensors? also check wire and plug on #2 I changed plugs once and got multiple missfires changed 3 plugs to a different brand and it solved the problem
