Check your internet connection and internet properties. If both are ok, you should ask customer service of the service that you use to send mails.

Why am i not receiving emails which i know have been sent nothing received since 11th february

Is your mailbox full? Are your senders getting messages that the mail could not be delivered because your mailbox is full? If so, you must delete some of your previously received or sent mail to make space for incoming mail.

If that doesn't do it, reply with more infornation. Who is your provider (Comcast, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)? Do you use a mail client or a web browser to receive your mail? Windows, Mac, Android phone, iPhone, something else?

My 'Sent Mail' is always empty. Cannot check who I sent emails to. Why?

The most probable cause would be something in your settings for your web-mail, if that is what you're using, or in the configuration of your email client (e.g. Outlook). Another possibility is security software on your computer automatically clearing your sent folder or the equivalent security setting in web-mail doing the same.

If it's web-mail which you're using then the solution should be fairly simple, at least in terms of where you'll have to hunt and peck for the change in your web-mail configuration. You'll want to start with the help or support section of whatever web-mail service you're using, and probably you'll want to start with the FAQs first and run a search through them.

If you're using an email client on your computer, you'll first want to determine which protocol you're using: IMAP or POP3. IMAP leaves the email you receive on the server, whereas POP3 moves the emails you receive from the server to your computer.

IMAP shouldn't cause you any quirky problems with your sent mail folder, aside from the independent security software I mentioned earlier or explicit settings in your email client.

With the other protocol, POP3, your client is downloading all of your emails and not leaving copies on the server. It is possible that your sent folder is empty, in this scenario, if your email client is looking at the server's sent folder and not your client's sent folder. Hopefully something of this helps you solve your problem.

The I have a new laptop and cannot receive e-mails as they go through my desktop on outlook I would like for everything to be on yahoo. I am signed up with AT&T for my internet connection How can I...

You must have configured OUTLOOK on your computer to access your electronic "mailbox" that was created when you signed-up to use AT&T for your Internet access.

Only the E-mail sent to your '@yahoo.com' ID can be accessed through the "Yahoo! Mail" web-site.

So, setup E-mail "forwarding" through AT&T, so that all E-mail sent to your AT&T mailbox is "auto-forwarded" to your '@yahoo.com' mailbox. Then, use "Yahoo! Mail" in your web-browser to view your E-mail.

Emptying the inbox is not all you may need to empty. Sent items, Deleted items, past calander events are all talking up space, might clean those out

Just before you "SEND" a message, activate the "receipt delivery" option on that message.

Note that the recipient has the *OPTION* to send a "confirmation" message back to you.
You cannot "force" their computer to send that message.
