### If I ran 880 yards in 120 seconds, how long would it take me to run 800 meters?

I don't agree with just supplying you with the answer, but I will explain how it is done. That way you actually learn something from asking the question. Fair?

http://www.bing.com/search?q=880+yards+to+metres&qs=n&form=QBRE&pq=880+yards+to+metres&sc=0-10&sp=-1&sk=&cvid=b0610ecdc9b1411b956b0531f2da7a5f

divide 120 by the number of metres after the conversion and that will tell you how long it takes you to run 1 metre. Multiply that by 800 for your answer.

### How many yards to cover 30ft/40ft 4 inches deep in concrete

That may be ok for the US, but in Europe you would need cubic metres.
I yd = 0.914 m, 1 cubic yd = 0.914 x .914 x .1914 = 0.764
So 14.66 cu. yds is 14.66 x 0.764 = 11.2 cubic metres - with a bit of luck!

### 40.3 square metres is how many cubic metres n how many cubic yards

Square metres is a measure of area. Cubic metres and cubic yards is a measure of volume. There is no conversion between them without a third dimension.

Consider a storeroom that's 40.3 square metres in area. How much stuff can you store in it? Well, that depends on how high the ceiling is. If the ceiling is 2 metres high then the volume of the room is 80.6 cubic metres. If the ceiling is 3 metres high then the volume is 120.9 cubic metres.

One cubic metre is about 1.31 cubic yards.
