I think, Stainless Steel is best material for kitchen utensils. Stainless steel, non-stick cookware is very popular with households owing to their durability, longevity & elegance. There are available Stainless Steel Modular Kitchen, Steel Modular Kitchen in India.

I believe it is widely agreed that aluminium is the best and most common material for kitchen utensils. It doesn't weight as much as copper, it's easier to clean, and it's very resistant to both substances and falls

Factors do you consider when purchasing restaurant equipment online?

Whether you are shopping for a few utensils or major catering equipment for the kitchen, you need to ensure that you invest in things that are functional, affordable and high quality.

If you are a restaurant manager, you can ask your chefs about different products and models available in the market or what features you should look for when you are buying an equipment.

See if the product is safe to use and certifies health, fire or building codes of different departments.

You can also bring a third party resource like hrdsearch.com to your equipment purchase.

Scratches ceramic stove top

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you have scratches on the ceramic stove top of your Frigidaire rage, model# FEF366. Small scratches do not affect cooking and will become less visible with time. To prevent any further scratches, make sure you do not use any abrasive cleaners. These can scratch your stove top even more. Try not to use cookware with rough bottoms. These can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. Try not sliding any metal or glass across your cooktop. This includes sliding your pans as well. Coarse particles such as salt or sand between cooktop and utensils can cause scratches. Be sure your cooktop surface and bottoms of utensils are clean before usage. I hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
WP

Recently the dishes have a grainy feel and the glasses have white smears on them. Some of my kitchen cooking utensils which are made of a black material are all coming out coated in a white file

The problem is most likely that there is still water residue at the bottom of your machine. If the machine is not fully drained it picks up some of the residue and sprays that onto the dishes during the final rinse, leaving an unhealthy and unsightly film on everything.
Remove the bottom strainers and make sure that there is nothing obstructing the outlet pipe and the pump. If possible back flush through the outlet pipe and try draining the machine again before using it again.
